Do not live here water is always off no hot water you can hear everything through the walls pepole constantly slamming doors no one picks up after there pets. Rude management. They lie to you when u sign the lease saying it’s a great place to live that is a lie. Packages go missing all the time all they care about is money and frankly for the amount of money you pay it’s not worth it hall ways smell like mold. Awful place I regret it I will also be posting pictures as proof of their neglect they like to answer reviews saying what pepole are reviewing are allegation’s. That’s why I will be posting pictures as proof slumlords at its best. Place Is a mess no one does anything about it. Not worth 3k a month at all. All the 5 star reviews are fake for sure

I’ve been a resident for close to 10 years and have absolute no complaints. The amenities are great and it’s always been a very convenient place to live. Michelle and Robert will make sure to go out of their way to bring packages that were delivered and anytime I’ve needed maintenance they always respond within 24 hours. I could not ask for much more when it comes to living in a building.

Do not bother even looking to rent here, and if you do take a walk around the entire complex before you do. You will find trash everywhere, cigarette buds, glass, siding from the buildings, oh and the biggest thing DOG POOP. The dog park is infested with dog poop and ticks, but the grounds also has so much dog poop it never fails you’ll step in it. There is no point reaching out to management because they do absolutely NOTHING. Maintenance doesn’t exist, they’re incapable of fixing anything. The heat always goes out in the winter, and the ac in the summer. The hot water goes out occasionally too. Tenants don’t ever get notified about anything anymore. You’ll find your occasional dead rat laying outside in the walk way. The building doors break sometimes and gives anyone without a key fob to walk right in. They say there’s 24-hour surveillance cameras watching the buildings but people’s packages get stolen all the time. When Vicky was there at least things were somewhat kept up with, now I’m not even sure if the new person named Ashley they hired still works there, i think she’s just a body to fill. What else, oh let’s see the pool was completely green and slimy this past summer, they allow Plantation Towers to use our amenities that we pay for. They use our pool in the summer because they close their pool every time, and I’m thinking it’s because they have a deep end and need a lifeguard for that but too cheap to hire one. They use our gym, our dog park, let’s see what else. They amount of money they charge is not worth it. Dont waste your time, this place is going to keep going down hill. People are constantly moving in and out, that should tell you something. Moving out of that dump was the best decision i made.

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in my lifetime. I have counted with my hands for the number of apartments I have lived in and this is the worst. If the price was reasonable/cheap for the service/maintenance/apartment that I get, I would not leave this review. 1) The staff is very rude. Robert & Vicky (previous one, but she is now gone) were extremely rude. 2) The rent was very expensive. 3) Apartment condition did not match with the price I was paying. 4) You have to beg them for maintenance. 5) Also, the electricity/water went out often, and they would often just write one sorry email and did not make it right for the residents. 6) Lastly, like other commentor said, the mailbox was broken, and it took a very long time to fix. Alright, I should stop here. I have a PhD degree, and I think I can write one chapter on how horrible this place is. I did not have any choice at that time (which is why I had to go with this apartment complex). In short, choose another apartment.

Signed a 90 day lease just to bridge gap while we purchased a home. Now 47 days into the lease and during that time this has been the experience, 1. Fridge was tripping breaker to the entire kitchen twice a day due to electrical issues. Maintenance came and moved Fridge into middle of kitchen blocking entrance until electrician could come. 22 days later I had to call and leave numerous messages until it was finally fixed. 2. Currently someone broke into 30 of the mailboxes and damaged them all. They are now refusing to deliver our mail and notifying us we need to drive to post office to get our own mail. Working normal work hours makes this near impossible and front office doesn't seem to care. When asked on an ETA they stated they had to custom make it so it will most likely not be done anytime soon. Being here just 6 weeks I've realized they truly do not value their customers and just want you $3,000 a month.
